I’m Arlene, its me. Its quite hard to write about yourself for a website but here goes..

I love being a pastry chef and am so excited to put these creations out into the world! I’ve worked in the industry for around 15 years, working in fancy fine dining restaurants and hotels, down to market stalls and everything in between. I love what I do and I’ve finally taken the leap into the unknown to start my own thing.

From having worked in the industry I found that there is a lack of high quality, volume products that are handmade. Things that are beautiful to look at, that you can taste the quality ingredients in and that are a little bit more interesting than the mass produced, overly sweet and full of preservatives dessert options that are available to business owners and at the moment. I would love to see my desserts in restaurants and cafes all over Ireland and bring something sweet and different to countertops and plates everywhere.
